Empowering Futures: The Fifth Element Academy in Tawdheef X Zaheb 2023

In collaboration with our partner Sandooq Al Watan, we attended the Tawdheef X Zaheb 2023 event, which showcased dynamic energy with enthusiastic candidates. HH Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak inaugurated our AI-Interview tool, emphasizing its role in advancing Emiratisation efforts. This was followed by an insightful panel featuring AZM ambassadors and Ryan Parker, Senior IT Recruiter (AWS). The discussion highlighted the transformative impact of our AI tool on traditional interviewing methods. A second panel, led by six AZM graduates in the private sector, explored career development and progression beyond UAE boundaries. This collaborative event was a testament to our commitment to innovation and Emiratisation in the realm of career advancement.
